I work with scientists and engineers representing a wide range of disciplines. Starting with their simulation data, I build presentation and print quality visualization and illustrative computer graphics and animation.
Current objective: actually current since I started at PSC- always hunting for projects or new situations that need me to illustrate science. Building storm animations in 2009 for the Imiloa planetarium in Hawaii, projected in stereo across their 52 foot dome, was particularly intriguing and made me realize how exciting science education projects could be.
