I do science and computer graphics at the
Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center.

My current interests include supercomputing performance prediction and
the visualization of large mathematical datasets.
Until recently, my primary project has been the development of the
FIASCO/Fiat software
for statistical analysis of fMRI data, in connection with the
Center for Cognitive Brain Imaging.
I team-teach a course in Computational Physics (33-456) at CMU Physics, and
occasionally at Pitt Physics.
